How to clear Apple ID balance?

i want to change my apple id region but it has some balance
would you please check it and make it 0 so i can change its region

Nobody on these boards can. Buy an item more expensive than your balance and use a different payment method to pay the excess amount; if you can't do this, ask the iTunes Store staff to zero it.
