Notifications of virus

My Ipad mini is getting notification pop ups saying that my iphone, not my ipad, is infected with a virus or that my iphone will be shut down or that my ip address is being broadcast and to fix it by clicking here. The messages looks like it is part of the calendar app that comes on the ipad. I deleted the app which did not help. It was also filled with nonsense and completely messed up. I always clear the message but do not go to the site. I am guessing that this is a bug. I have reset my ipad to factory settings which did not help either. The messages are still popping up. What can I do?

If running iOS 13 or earlier versions, check: Settings - Passwords & Accounts - Accounts - Any rogue entries here? If so, delete the rogue account.

If running iOS 14, check: Settings - Calendar - Accounts - Any rogue entries here? If so, delete the rogue account.
