Dent on Macbook Air M1
Hi, I accidentally dropped my Macbook Air and it got a dent on the lower left side of the screen. Can Apple still repair the dent or the screen needs to be replaced? Thank you.

Is the screen damaged or is it just the case that's dented? If all it is is the case, to me that looks like a minor cosmetic issue. Apple might still repair it but it would likely be horribly expensive and I suspect you may have to pay for it entirely yourself since even if you have AppleCare, cosmetic damage may not be covered

This warranty does not apply: (a) to consumable parts, such as
batteries, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or
workmanship; (b) to cosmetic damage
If there's more extensive damage

All I know is what's in the link I provided. They would likely replace the entire case.
The screen is not damaged. Do you have any idea how much is the cost for cosmetic damage repair?
Thank you!
