iPhone 7 reboot loop

My iPhone 7 plus is stuck on a reboot loop. I have tried everything to get it back to normal. I am using the original charging cord and purchased a second one from apple to use that one just in case. I have switched to different computers, all are updated currently to available updates. I have done a force restart, DFU mode, and recovery mode. I have even bought a program from wondershare called reiboot. Nothing is fixing the problem. What am I doing wrong?
