How can I get update for iOS 14.0 cause I can’t download some apps like Netflix needs this update

If your unit is new enough, update it from a computer or through the Software Update function in Settings. Otherwise, try downloading the current version of the applications to one that is on the same Apple ID first.

If it's running 9.3.6, 10.3.4, or 12.4.2 through 12.5.4, it's not capable of 13 or above.
