Low volume

We see that you're hearing a low text notification volume, and we'd like to offer some assistance!

The ringer volume and text tone alert volume should be the same and see you came to us from an article that has some great info regarding sound issues. Have you tried testing out another text tone alert to see if it makes a difference?

If you haven't yet, try restarting your device by following the steps from here: Restart your iPhone

Also, make sure that your device is updated to the latest version:

• Check for any updates for your iPhone: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
