If you need the newer iOS versions, then its time to get a newer, more modern iPhone. Your iPhone was released in 2015, and it's hardware cannot support the newer iOS versions.

Your Iphone was made in 2015 so you cannot update to a newer ios 13 unless you buy a new iphone sorry
