How do I make my voice-mail greeting work? Callers get lots of ringing and no greeting.

In your voicemail on the iPhone, do you have a custom greeting recorded and do you have it set? If callers are calling you and it is not going to voicemail, have you tested that? If it does not go to voicemail, you need to contact your cellular carrier to fix that. Voicemail is a carrier feature and they would have to fix the setup.
