There's a way to access Notes in iPhone via iTunes screen?

There should be a way to access Notes on the iphone via the itunes screens. It would then be simple to transfer to a PC. But "Notes" is not included in the list of apps that allow this. Why not? Are you deliberately trying to make life difficult?

No, it’s not difficult, deliberately or otherwise. Go to Settings/[Your Name]/iCloud and turn on the switch for Notes.

You can then view your notes on Windows by logging in to https://icloud.com.

Another alternative is to use Notes in Outlook rather than Apple Notes. Or Notes in Gmail.
