My device is not unlock to network provider and not any sim can be activate on my device. I request to unlock my network provider so I will activate sim or data plan on my device

Next to Network provider it says Zong 46. You will need to contact them to unlock your phone.

You will have to contact the carrier your phone is locked to and ask them to remove it, they're the only ones who can.
Who is carrier of my phone? I can bought it online and it was sealed I myself opened it .
