Error 75 updating iOS to 14.7.1

I attempted to update my iPhone to iOS 14.7.1 on my PC - I'm running the latest version of iTunes, and the latest version of Windows. When I attempted to update, the system ran a backup, and then started to update. At the same time my phone initiated the update on the iPhone, while the computer was beginning to initialize the update. My iPhone had enough time to download the update, and both the PC and the iPhone attempted the update simultaneously. Now I am getting an error 75 when trying to update my iPhone, or at the very least, just get it to restore. When I attempt a restore, I get error code 9, when I attempt an update, I get error code 75. I need help getting my iPhone back up and working again, regardless if my personal information is cleared, or kept.
