In less that two weeks I have been deducted twice from my account to something I have never subscribed and I urgently need a refund now.I’m frustrated with Apple at the moment.
iPhone X, iOS 14
That phone number appears to be for Stanbic Bank in Ghana.
Does that seem reasonable?

The only purchase from there that I pay with Apple is my Apple Music family account and my iCloud.That’s all.They have been deducted already and have received receipts but the screen shot I sent earlier doesn’t have anything associated with me but I’ve been deducted for no reason

Yes,that’s my bank in Ghana here and it says the deduction is from Apple.For what subscription?
