Deduction of an unsubscribed product from my bank account

Hello

In less that two weeks I have been deducted twice from my account to something I have never subscribed and I urgently need a refund now.I’m frustrated with Apple at the moment.

That phone number appears to be for Stanbic Bank in Ghana.


Does that seem reasonable?
