Email on iCloud
How can I either change the email on my iCloud account or delete iCloud?

This is Not an Option:
Changing the iCloud eMail address in is not an option, as of this post. iCloud is not its own account. Apple ID is your Apple account. So, if you don't want to use iCloud, just don't use it.
