hi, my name is nicko. i wanna ask

On August 5 and 8 I made a purchase on my Apple account for gaming purposes with my credit card which already linked with my Applr account.


this purchase already success base on my credit card balance. but in game the transaction is unsuccesful.


my credit card balanced has been deducted but i dont receive the item what in the game cause the transaction failed by system.


what should i do to make my credit card balance back?


can you please check my order transaction?

Normally, all sales are considered final, but you can ask for a refund.
