iCloud storage

Hello,

I bought an iPhone 12 Pro Max with 64GB in January but I stopped using it in June. I purchased a 50GB because the 64GB was too small. So I bought another iPhone 12 Pro Max 256GB and I no longer need to continue purchasing the extra 50GB for space because the 256GB is enough.

Apple has been asking me to pay for the 50GB which is a monthly subscription, but I don’t need it. And I haven’t paid the monthly subscription… so I see all of my songs in music has dissappeared.

I need help.

iPhone 12 Pro Max, iOS 14

You still have to pay for subscriptions even if you don't use them.

I don't know if the music issue is related to you not paying for money you owe. You will have to contact Apple:
