change of colour iPhone

Hi,

thanks I bought recently an iPhone 12 pro golden but I didn’t like the colour, I would like to change for the grey. How can I do it ? I didn’t turn on the phone is completely new in box.

You should still be able to return it within the 14-day window of when you received it.

If you bought it from Apple, you have 14 days to return the phone and get a refund.

If it has been longer then 14 days, you will have to sell your phone and use the money towards buying a new iPhone.
