Itunes/Music

I have previously moved my entire iTunes library to an external drive. This worked well. Recently however the library has been split into purchases from the store and CD's and movies manually added. The latter are not visible but can be found on the external drive or via the search function. How can I re-join and consolidate both parts of the library, back to the external drive?

16gb memory

See Make a split library portable - Apple Community for general advice. You should be able to import any content stored locally. iTunes should remove the cloud links to purchases that you've restored from local files.
