disable icloud auto payment

I keep getting auto charged for icloud and I no longer own ANY apply devices. (I have an account because I have other lines that are apple devices on my account.) I am trying to close this specific bank account and I keep getting overdrafts BECAUSE of this silly .99 cent charge !!!! How can I remove payment from a Windows Desktop computer? I am signed in.
