My iMac keeps flickering from a normal screen setting to blue

How do I solve this problem

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities.

First, reset the SMC and NVRAM. If the issue persists, startup in Safe Mode and see if the issue occurs there.

Display colors are very weird. I have a mid-2011 iMac and the screen colors are super weird. What should be red is now blue, etc. For example the Google Gmail logo is solid blue...when I know it should be red. What can I do to fix it?

Coloured blocks across iMac screen when turning on Hi all, I’ve had my iMac for around 5 years and have had no issues. Today when I turned it on, all I’m getting is coloured blocks across the screen. After about a minute of displaying this, it restarts by itself and does the same thing. Any ideas? Thanks!
