You can use the Get Support link at the top of the page here to do that. You can go to Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options - Apple and select the particular Apple Store you wish to set the appointment with and make the appointment. You can use the Apple Store app on an iOS device to make an appointment as well.
The only thing you cannot do is make an appointment here. This is a user to user support forum and Apple does not participate here.
