Suddenly my Apple Pencil 2nd Gen charge with on and my IPad Air 4th Gen. Brought Ipad and got a cases immediately a month late received a Apple pencil as a gift and brought a silicon sleeve for it. As of today my pencil won't charge unless I take the IPad case off or the silicon sleeve off- any tips

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. Based on your post, your Apple Pencil won't charge on your iPad without removing the iPad case.
This is expected behavior, since the Apple Pencil needs to connect to the center at the top of your iPad. Unless the case specifically has this part removed to allow charging of an Apple Pencil. For that information, you'd need to contact the case manufacturer.
