Sound notifications on Apple Watch for 1 app

I'm not a big fan of noisy notifications, so I love that notifications go to my watch (which I can mute) instead of my phone. Usually it's no big deal...but occasionally I miss an important text because I was typing and didn't notice the haptics, or, now that my security system is monitored through my network, sometimes I miss the doorbell. This last thing is REALLY irritating. Is there any way to give me noise notifications JUST for one app?
