How can I transfer my contacts ONLY to my new iPhone

I need to transfer my contacts ONLY from my iPhone 7 to my new iPhone XS

The easiest way:

Go to settings > Apple ID/iCloud > iCloud > and toggle on contacts on the old phone

Then do the same on the new phone.

You can then toggle them off if you so choose.
