Activation Lock

My iPad has an old corrupted email as the sign in and we can’t get it to unlock to reset. We talked to Apple before and they haven’t been able to help. Any suggestions?

iPad unlock activation my iPad hasn't been letting my activation unlock itits my email and password but for some reason its telling me I can't sigh in with the email but I had already removed it from iCloud while it was locked with this exact email. the device isn't in my iCloud account anymore and it locked me out thank you in advance.

No one here can help you remove Activation Lock. How to remove Activation Lock - Apple Support

If you cannot follow the steps there, you are going to have to work with Apple.
