how can i take ringtones i purchased from an iphone to an android

Since each device functions with a completely different operating system, you likely can not transfer them, but that would be a question to pose to Android. It is possible that both devices import the ringtones in the same format, though. You could check with your ring tone provider and see if they will allow you to download the ringtones again since you paid for them.
