when i try to activate my iphone 6s it gives me an error screen that says your iphone could not be activated because the activation server cannot be reached. i have a strong wifi connection. does this mean the iphone 6s is shut down?

hello im using iPhone 7,currently my phone shut down and whenever I try to activate it it says the I can't activate, server cannot be found,im soo frustrated have tried all the means for more than two months with zero success.kindly help

I tried contacting them but they are not picking up maybe because they attend the calls in the working hours and its sunday so I will try tomorrow
