Issue with Apple Watch update 7.6.1

When doing the update 7.6.1 for my watch. It says I have to unpair my watch. After doing the unpaid and repairing the watch. Then after restarting the update all over it pauses and then says I’m not connected to Wi-Fi “put I’m am”. So I let it sit overnight and this morning I started the update again and now it wants to unpair the watch again.
