Withdrawals for inactive subscription

Hello. Apple is trying to withdraw 1,450 rubles from my account, although I have no active subscriptions for this amount. Also, I cannot delete the payment method with this card, since they write that I have an unpaid subscription. But this is not the case. What should I do?
