i deleted website data not knowing it will delete all the tabs were open on safari

as i titled this discussion, i made something wrong happen this morning. i read all the documents on the internet, and found only way that i would have to reset my phone and then restore it from icloud. i made it sure that i have a backup from last night, proceeded, but all i see is the same screen(not the same actually, bing icon was updated on the favourites tab), that horrible nothing appearing screen again. could anyone help me with what happened and is there any updated that safari will automatically back it up itself without system doing it?

p.s i made it sure that i have a backup from yesterday, not today.

iPhone 11, iOS 14

Well, you could try to restore from a backup, but it doesn't seem worth the hassle. Learn more at https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT207428. I'm not even sure that an iCloud backup will retain your open tabs in Safari. A backup made to a computer probably would. Doesn't hurt to try, but you'll lose everything from the time of the backup through right now too.
