Apple Music

I recently purchased an iPhone 12 max pro. I originally had the iPhone XS Max. My music transferred from phones, but all my downloaded music only plays to 15 seconds offline. What can I do to fix this? Even the new music I downloaded will not play past 15 seconds, so it’s not relating to the transfer.
