Im on y new MacPro and I'm trying to set up my mail. I input my iCloud email and password and once I get to the add account screen and click the add account button is does nothing. The cancel button also does nothing. I have to for quit the mail app. How do I fix this?

Try this in Safe Mode:
If you can't click something, then try it in Safe Mode [Hold Down: the shift key upon boot]. In Safe Mode, Login Items do not open at login; certain preferences are set aside; and damaged system files (i.e. caches) are fixed.
