can’t detect SIM card

Its showing like this and I cannot call or receive.

My carrier version is 36.0.1 and it cannot be touch nor updated. SIM cards I have been using on this iPhone are working on my other android ph. I am sure there is no coverage issue. I check local unauthorised services shop and they say it’s hardware problem. But I am 100% believe my iPhone has no impact or damage during this period. And I don’t go back to them. Maybe it’s time to see apple Authorized Service Provider at big city.
