Apple says if you see this message, "there might be a problem with the payment method that you have on file." Apple Support is the only one who can fix this for you. i dont have a sim card and the methods apple offers to support arent helpful in my situation so i guess i cant do anything lol, guess i gotta make a new apple id
You have to contact Apple and get them to resolve this. This is not something you can do.
