Why don't my iPhone allways connect automatically to my Powerbeats and my Polar sensor?

From what we gather there are some issues connecting your bluetooth devices automatically using your iPhone.
Does this seem to occur in multiple locations? We ask because you'll want to rule out any potential interference from any other wireless devices or electronics.
Also, do you have the latest version of iOS installed on the iPhone?
Are both your devices fully updated as well?
Take a look at all the steps listed in the article below. You can even try unpairing the devices, and pairing them back one after the other testing in between. Keep us updated.
