Cellular turn offs in app by itself

Hello, guys! My name is Paul, today i noticed that some applications in my phone, cannot use cellular. I turned it on in settings, however it turn offs by ITSELF. (It’s not about the problem of my sim) At first, I restarted my iphone, but the problem didn’t solve. Then I tried to find solution on internet, it didn’t help me either. Did someone face the same problem and how did you solve it?
