Hi,

Try to check your MacBook Pro with Apple Diagnostics if it reports TouchBar related(DFR001) or other hardware errors.

Use Apple Diagnostics to test your Mac - Apple Support

If this is the M1 SoC Mac —

Shut down, close the lid 30 secs+ , reboot as normal and test.

If no resolve—Try a SafeBoot https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201262

then reboot as normal to test.

If this is Intel Mac—

Try resetting the SMC http://support.apple.com/kb/ht3964

and

Try resetting NVRAM/PRAM http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1379

(get at least two-three rounds chimes when holding the NRAM Reset)
