I have thousands of currency conversions of historic dates and i use the standard CYH formula pulling date and currencies automatically. On weekends I get an error message (no data available, next available date). I would like to add an if error formula and just add 3 days to the date to (worst case) jump from Friday to Monday. But I am not familiar with formulas. Can someone help?
If B2 is the date for which you want data, use this formula as the date in your currency formula:
WORKDAY(B2−1,1)
Hopefully that will do what you require. It will turn Saturdays and Sundays into Mondays.
