How do you list your pencil on your account or can you?
Can you list your pencil on your account so that you can use it on your “find my” app?

To add a bit to Johnathan Burger's reply. The reason is there is no mechanism in the Apple Pencil to be able to locate them in the Find My app, nor is there any method to log into them with your Apple ID. These are two methods that get devices onto the Apple ID Device List.
