My phone is stuck on the apple symbol
I turned my phone on today and it didn't have all the apps. I shut if off and turned it back on. Now twice it just stays on the apple symbol. What do I need to do.

If the issue persists, it might be a hardware (battery?) problem but we, just users like you, cannot diagnose that issue remotely, sorry.
Contact Apple Support directly, using this link:--> Get Support , or make an appointment and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector. After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.
