Could anyone please help me how to turn off this bar in the left middle of screen? It appears in both lock screen and home screen. After upgrade to IOS 14.7.1

Not sure what screen you are talking about. Perhaps posting a screenshot of what you are seeing and mentioning and it could be more successful at getting you the assistance you are wanting.

Do you use the same wallpaper on the lock screen and the Home Screen. It looks to me like it might be part of the wallpaper.
You do need to charge your device. The battery level is dangerously low!
