My child made many app purchases (refund)

So my child got ahold of my credit card on their phone and was making multiple in-game purchases without my knowing. I requested a refund on all of the purchases made, but only a small few of them got refunded. The rest now say "not eligible for refund" and I cannot do anything more about it. Should I contact my credit company to resolve this issue?
