New IPad

I just brought a brand new iPad and I am not able to download any apps at all it keeps stating that “This Apple ID hasn’t been used in itunes store

You need to into the Settings app under your large, top ID panel and you need to setup a payment method for use with all Apple online stores under the Payment and Shipping panel.
