Is there a way to find my iPhone 7? I went to iCloud and it couldn't help me

If the device did not have FindMy turned on, is not powered, or is not connected to a network, you can only find it the old-fashioned way. Follow these instructions to mark the device lost and to lock it. https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201472
