iPhone 7 won't turn on

My iPhone 7 was being weird and kept closing out of apps, so I tried restarting it to see if that would help. Now my phone is stuck going between the apple logo screen and a black screen. I have tried charging it, force restarting it, and plugging it into my computer. Nothing is helping. Anyone experience this or know how I might be able to fix it?
