Hi, congratulations on your Apple Card acceptance. The physical titanium Apple Card is not automatically mailed to new Apple Card holders. You must request it through your iPhone or iPad. Here is a support article that covers how to request and activate the physical titanium Apple Card,

Once the order the card will take 4 to 7 days to arrive.

The card can not be requested over the phone, via message/chat or via mail. It must be requested using either your iPad or iPhone. I hope this helps.
