iPhone 12 Pro Max battery

I have a iPhone 12 Pro Max that I brought last November an I have a question about my battery health it’s already down to 89% should I be concerned that the battery is degraded kinda quick in my opinion?

You must be using the phone rather heavily as my iPhone 7 plus is 85% and my iPhone 11 is 100%
