First, you can visit iCloud.com and sign in to view your email there: Read email in Mail on iCloud.com - Apple Support.
You can also add your iCloud email address to an email app on your Android (or other) device. Follow the instructions for the app you're using on how to add an email, and enter the information found here: Mail server settings for iCloud email clients - Apple Support.
