Hey does anyone know how to fix the issue where an app will appear on home screen when downloading but there is no progress ever? Same issue when updating an existing app.
I have tried restarting ipad, disconnecting from internet, signing our of itunes and back. It's ipad 5th generation running 14.6.

Not sure about that but, when you can, try to use a reliable and possibly fast wifi network (if you don't have one, "borrow" it from friends/neighbors or ask for help at an Apple Store or Authorized Service provider).

Thanks for the suggestion. I have not but I just tried to do it off of my mobile 4g data hotspot and it is still the same result.
Think it needs to be from another wifi network?
