How to play videos in Apple Photos slowly or in slow motion or scrub through them in slowly?

Well, subject says it all: I have a few videos, recorded at normal speed, in Apple Photos on my Mac.

Now, I would like to play them in slow motion, or just a bit more slowly, in order to watch some fast dance movements more precisely.

Alternatively , I would also be happy if I could scrub through the video precisely and smoothly, but the scrubbing I have found so far (using the slider or the Touch Bar), is a bit "jumpy".

(On iPhone, the slow motion playback works much better , but I want to watch the videos on my Mac.)
