Is it possible to get XCode for Catalina?

I used to use Xcode for earlier versions of my Mac, like in Mojave. Now I tried to load Xcode for my MacBookPro using Catalina and it looks like I can not do it. Is there a way to get an earlier version?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.15

The current version requires Big Sur.

You will need to current version to create content for the App Store.

You can get old versions. Older versions may not be able to compile for the latest hardware and software.

Xcode 11.0 is said to work on macOS 10.14.4 or later.

Xcode 11.7 is said to work on macOS 10.15.2 or later.

Xcode 12.4 is said to work on macOS Catalina 10.15.4 or later.

Xcode 12.5.1 works on macOS 11.0 or later.
